we received a delicious pastry treat upon arrival to the room. the downstairs bar service was very nice. the hotel was close to everything we needed. the staff members were friendly and helpful.
the air conditioning was super strong, and i felt as if i needed to change the card every time i took it out. also, i felt that one card per person could be quite short. this is because there are a lot of doors which can be opened only with the key.

the location is in a park well used by locals and hosts food, drink, and a cinema. it has places to walk or run. the location is a short walk to tram and bus stops and near the jordaan area.

The staff are very nice. They were very helpful at reception. every staff member. the hotel also offers the opportunity to buy essential goods, like food, beverages, and toiletries, for any forgotten items.

the hotel location was decent with a park view, acceptable.
There wasnt a wardrobe. i had to live out of my suitcase for my entire stay, definitely not ideal. the restaurant was not that good. The food really could be better given the prices. it is not a tram line, so i ended up using taxis most of the time.

I liked the location within a park. It. The room had binoculars. I enjoyed watching the birds. The staff was helpful and friendly.
The hotel seemed expensive for what it offered. My windows faced insect protection. I could not fully enjoy the view. The breakfast was somewhat disappointing. Some items ran out quickly.

I am grateful for the cleanliness of my Triple Room. The shower head worked powerfully. I was also grateful for the friendly reception staff.
The hotel did not have some basic amenities in rooms. It was unfortunate the hotel lacked an iron. I was very disappointed with the poor selection of food items. The bottle of still water costed 5 EUR.
